Built in 1985, The Crossings of Bellevue consists of 300 one and two bedroom apartments and has a competitive amenity package including a dry sauna, indoor racquetball court, tennis courts and a 24-hour fitness center. Somerset is in the midst of a $2,100,000 upgrade program which will include a new interior package to help the property compete within the strong Bellevue submarket. Crossings of Bellevue is being managed by Somerset’s management company, Somerset Apartment Management (SAM).
